SANTA!

Well we went to see Santa! Alyson hated him so I had to hold her in the picture so I decided we might as well make it a family picture and had Jerame jump in too. Emma is all about Santa!!! She can't sit on his lap enough and loves watching the Santa Clause movies. All three of them! Santa told Lacey there was room on his lap for her too. She very politely said, "I'm fine." and took her place NEXT to him. I guess she is too old to sit on his lap now. We also got our tree this day, which you see in earlier posts, which is how I got Jerame to the mall to do this. That's twice in the last month he has set foot in the mall!!! I think it may be a record.

Well it's that time of year
again! We decorated our tree tonight. The girls loved watching the train go around the tree! Alyson never quite put an ornament on the tree. She just kind of set them on a branch and sometimes they stayed......for a few minutes. Emma was a natural but as soon as we put out the presents from Grandma and Grandpa she thought it was time to open them. Lacey on the other hand is an old pro at this and knew the presents were there just to be torture devices until Christmas! But the night was festive right down to the mouse all snug in the basement that we found while getting the decorations out! Don't worry! Jerame caught him so I think we are mouse free now!

Salt Lake City

Well we went to Salt Lake City over Thanksgiving weekend with my family. Here are some pictures we took at Temple Square where we went to look at the Christmas lights. It was COLD but it was fun. The first pictures are of the walk from the hotel to Temple square. Aly actually held Grandma's hand. You can kind of see the temple over Jerame's right shoulder. Lacey wasn't with us until later in the night because she was at the hospital with her cousin

Shaelyn who had broken her arm. They joined us later and are in the picture with the big Jesus statue. Then there are some pictures of Aly and Emma with the lights. You can also see some of the temple in the picture that has both of them. Then of course the big statue of Jesus! In that picture are all of my girls, and their cousins Kailey, Shelby, and Shaelyn. Jerame had to hold Aly in their who didn't cooperate much. We had fun, got to see lots of family, and get some football and Christmas shopping done. But you put that many Scharmanns together for too long and it just becomes chaos! Their are now 15 grandkids on my side and only 2 were missing this weekend! We actually had such a big
group at Temple Square that we were interviewed for the news. We don't know if we got on or not because we were at dinner when the news was on. Our group consisted of Montanans, Idahoans, and Nevadans. It was a little bit crazy!!!

Pictures

Well I attempted to take Aly's 18 month pictures today. I got a couple that were ok but it was a pain! She didn't like it at all. But Emma was another story. I'm starting to think I should get her into modeling!! She just kept posing all over even though it wasn't her pictures I was wanting at that moment. Plus she had dinner all over her face! I got a few good ones of Alyson. You would think it would be easier at home but it sucks just as bad!!!!!! Lacey got in for just one picture but you still get to see miss "steal the spotlight" Emma's feet in the background.

Fun in the Mud

So I know these pictures are a little old. I don't have any new ones since Halloween and these were taken back in August in our back yard. But this will update even further about the Teels! The first one is of Jerame and Emma in the mud. Her hair says it all! Thenther is my Lacey Kay! They basically are on four wheelers before they can walk. Emma has a 50 but she didn't feel like driving it this day. But she can she just hasn't figured out how not to make Mom have a heart attack yet!

Aly was too busy eating a cookie to care!
The mud was just fun to play in for Emma. Lacey had a blast and got the muddiest of the kids. My mother-in-law broke our fence but I will spare her by not posting that picture!!! Here are a few more pictures from that day:

Sorry I love pictures. I couldn't choose. There are still even more that I wanted to add but I thought I had already gone over-board.

And now to update everyone. It looks like we will be closing on our shop the first week of December. That mean we are almost business owner! It is so scary. Wish us luck!

Teel Family

Well let me update everyone on our family. Jerame have been married for 12 years now and we have 3 beautiful girls. Lacey, our oldest, is going to be nine on Christmas Eve; Emma is next and she is 3 1/2; and last but not least is Alyson, or Aly, and she is 18 months old. We have been in Pocatello for a year now. While we miss old friends in Sacramento, we are making some good new friends here and adapting well. Except for the snow, it's not too bad. The picture on this one is the one we took for Christmas last year because it has our whole family.

Halloween

Well I decided to join you Traci! I figured the best place for my family to start was at Halloween because we love it so much!! Here is a picture of me and the girls at the church in the room we decorated for trick-or-treating last night. We also went down Main Street earlier in the afternoon to trick-or-treat at businesses. I don't think we'll do it again though because it was crowded and they didn't give very good candy. Well enjoy looking at our witch Alyson, our Ragedy Ann Emma, and our vampire Lacey.
